Shipping policy

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that it has been received.

Most orders go into production very quickly, and once it has been shipped you will receive an email notification.

Our products are made-to-order, so please make sure you love them before purchasing as we can not accept returns or exchanges. (Notebooks are an exception to the made-to-order rule, and we will gladly accept cancellations, returns, and refunds on these items.)

UK DELIVERY:

Standard, Untracked: 3-5 working days

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

Standard, untracked: 5-8 working days

For international orders custom fees and delays may apply.

Shipping and custom fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
